The $10 application fee is non-refundable. It covers the business credit review and is charged whether or not credit is approved. It is not refunded if your application is declined or withdrawn, and it is not applied toward any order.
By continuing, you certify the information given is true and authorize EpicRise Electronics LLC and its credit partner to obtain business and personal credit reports on the applicant and its owners, and to contact the references submitted.
We hereby apply for credit and affirm financial responsibility, ability and willingness to pay invoices in accordance with published terms. We hereby authorize you to verify and collect information on us, including but not limited to bank references, trade credit references, consumer and/or commercial credit reports. By signing below, you acknowledge that all information given by you is true and accurate, and agree to all the terms and conditions.
Your application is only considered once the fee is paid. Submitting this form does not start the review. We begin processing your application after the $10 application fee is paid, and no purchase on terms is binding on us until your application is approved.
Business use only. The account may be used only for business purposes, not for personal, family, or household purposes. It is not a consumer credit account, and duties and rights applicable to consumer credit accounts do not apply.
Credit limit and approval. A credit limit will be assigned to your account, which we may raise, lower, allow you to exceed, or terminate at any time without advance notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. All unpaid purchases, whether billed or unbilled, count toward your available credit. No purchase is binding on us until your application is approved, and your application is considered approved when we give notice of approval to you.
Billing and payment. We send an invoice for each transaction, and payment of the transaction balance is due in full by the date shown on the invoice. Payment may be made in U.S. dollars by check, debit or credit card, ACH bank transfer or wire. Any bank account you use must be a business demand deposit account held by a U.S. financial institution and used solely for lawful business purposes.
Fees. Late fee: 3.5% of the unpaid balance plus $29.00, every billing cycle or 30 days as applicable, on balances not paid by the 15th day after the due date. Returned payment fee: $20.00 per returned payment. Debit or credit card processing fee: 3.5% of each payment paid by card. Collections: our collection costs, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. Fee information is subject to change.
Credit reports. The creditworthiness of your business will be used in making credit decisions. You authorize us to investigate it by obtaining credit reports and making other inquiries of any bank, lender, and trade credit references identified on your application, and other information sources we deem appropriate. If the account is not paid as agreed, we may report the liability and the status of the account to credit bureaus and others who may lawfully receive such information.
Security interest. To secure your obligation, you grant us a security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code in all goods purchased with financing provided under your account until the purchase price for those goods is paid in full.
Electronic communication. You consent to receive all information and disclosures required by law electronically, and your electronic signature has the same effect as a signature in ink. You also agree we may use the phone numbers you provide for informational, servicing, fraud, or collection calls and texts, including automated ones.
Governing law. This agreement and your account are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Notices to us must be emailed to info@epicriseelectronics.com. Full terms are set out in the EpicRise Electronics Net Terms Agreement, which you will receive with your application.
