Warranty Policy
EpicRise offers a one-year free warranty for orders placed on epicriseelectronics.com. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered during normal, reasonable use. This warranty does not apply:
- to normal wear and tear
- if the product has been mistreated or mishandled
- if the product has been improperly installed or configured
- if the product has been subjected to an accident
- if the product has been subjected to lightning, power surges, or incorrect voltage
- if the product has been damaged by an act of God
- if the product has been modified
If a product covered by this warranty is claimed to be defective, the customer must follow the Warranty Return Policy. Upon receipt of the returned product, EpicRise Electronics, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or issue a credit. The warranty period for the repaired or replaced product will not extend beyond the original warranty term.
Warranty Product Return Policy
If a product covered by this limited warranty is claimed to be defective, the end-user customer must request a Return Label by following the procedures below. A Return Label will be approved only if the product is still within the warranty period and the customer follows the required process.

In No Event Shall Epicrise Electronics' Liability Under This Warranty Exceed The Cost Of Repair Or Replacement Of The Defective Product. The Warranty And Disclaimers Above Constitute Epicrise Electronics' Sole And Exclusive Liability Under This Warranty And Are The Exclusive Remedy For Defective Products. This Limited Warranty Is In Lieu Of All Other Warranties, Express Or Implied, Including But Not Limited To The Implied Warranties Of Merchantability And Fitness For A Particular Purpose.
In No Event Shall Epicrise Electronics, Or Its Employees, Be Liable For Any Lost Revenue, Lost Profits, Loss Of Data, Business Interruption, Or Any Special, Indirect, Consequential, Incidental, Or Punitive Damages, However Caused And Regardless Of The Theory Of Liability, Arising Out Of The Use Or Inability To Use The Product.
some States Do Not Allow Limitations On The Duration Of Implied Warranties Or The Exclusion Of Incidental Or Consequential Damages, So Some Of The Above Limitations May Not Apply. This Limited Warranty Gives You Specific Legal Rights, And You May Have Other Rights That Vary By State.

Shipping Instructions
All equipment must be returned in the same packaging condition in which it was originally delivered and include all accessory items (e.g., power supply, cables, line cords, documentation, etc.).
Missing accessories or damaged equipment due to poor packaging will be charged to the customer.
All product returns must include the Return Label either on the packing slip or clearly attached to the external packaging.
A Return Label expires 30 days after creation. If the product is not received within that time, the customer will either not receive a credit or will be charged a processing fee of $150 or 7% of the sales price, whichever is less.
