What warranty coverage comes with my purchase?

Eligible business electronic products include an EpicRise complimentary 1-Year Limited Warranty for the electronics portion of your order.

Some partnered manufacturers may also include a free manufacturer warranty (in addition to EpicRise coverage):

  • Fanvil2-year free manufacturer warranty (per NTS Direct)
  • Honeywell1-year limited free service within the standard warranty period
  • SNBC (select models)3-year depot warranty included on M300A, S80, and 880-NPV models

Can I add a Honeywell warranty after purchase, and how does pricing work?

Yes. Customers can purchase Honeywell warranty:

  • At checkout with the device, or
  • After the device is received (post-purchase), but this may cost more than Day 1 pricing.

Honeywell Day 1 pricing grace period:

  • Honeywell contracts include a 90-day grace period after hardware purchase
    for Day 1 pricing (no new SKU required).

If started after 90 days, upcharges may apply:

  • 6 months late: up to 5%
  • 12 months late: up to 10%
  • 24 months late: up to 15%

What do I do if I need to add or renew a manufacturer warranty?

To add or renew a manufacturer warranty, please complete our Warranty Sign-Up Form.

When filling out the form, select Option 3: “Interested in Additional Warranty.” After you submit it, our Technical Support Team will contact you with the next steps.

What do I do if I need to make a warranty claim (EpicRise warranty or manufacturer warranty)?

If your device stopped working and you need to submit a warranty claim, please email our support team at info@epicriseelectronics.com.

To help us process your request quickly, include the following information in your message:
  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Order Number
  • Part Number (Model Number / Part #)
  • Serial Number
  • Description of the issue (what damage occurred, or how the device is not functioning)
Once we review your request, we will send you shipping instructions. After we receive your device, you can expect a replacement or repaired device within 10 business days.

Warranty Policy

EpicRise offers a one-year free warranty for orders placed through our online store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered during normal, reasonable use. This warranty does not apply:

  • to normal wear and tear
  • if the product has been mistreated or mishandled
  • if the product has been improperly installed or configured
  • if the product has been subjected to an accident
  • if the product has been subjected to lightning, power surges, or incorrect voltage
  • if the product has been damaged by an act of God
  • if the product has been modified

IIf a product covered by this limited warranty is claimed to be defective, the customer must obtain an approved return authorization (a “Return Label” or RMA) before shipping the product back and must follow the return procedures below. Upon receipt of the returned product, EpicRise Electronics, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or issue a credit. The warranty period for the repaired or replaced product will not extend beyond the original warranty term.

Return Authorization (Return Label / RMA)

If a product covered by this limited warranty is claimed to be defective, the end-user customer must request a Return Label by following the procedures below. A Return Label will be approved only if the product is still within the warranty period and the customer follows the required process.

In No Event Shall Epicrise Electronics' Liability Under This Warranty Exceed The Cost Of Repair Or Replacement Of The Defective Product. The Warranty And Disclaimers Above Constitute Epicrise Electronics' Sole And Exclusive Liability Under This Warranty And Are The Exclusive Remedy For Defective Products. This Limited Warranty Is In Lieu Of All Other Warranties, Express Or Implied, Including But Not Limited To The Implied Warranties Of Merchantability And Fitness For A Particular Purpose.

In No Event Shall Epicrise Electronics, Or Its Employees, Be Liable For Any Lost Revenue, Lost Profits, Loss Of Data, Business Interruption, Or Any Special, Indirect, Consequential, Incidental, Or Punitive Damages, However Caused And Regardless Of The Theory Of Liability, Arising Out Of The Use Or Inability To Use The Product.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the product to EpicRise Electronics. EpicRise Electronics will provide shipping instructions and will pay the standard shipping cost to send the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Some States Do Not Allow Limitations On The Duration Of Implied Warranties Or The Exclusion Of Incidental Or Consequential Damages, So Some Of The Above Limitations May Not Apply. This Limited Warranty Gives You Specific Legal Rights, And You May Have Other Rights That Vary By State.
