Collection: Corded VoIP Phones

Wired SIP desk phones from Fanvil, Yealink, and Grandstream for offices and call centers where staff work from a fixed position. Corded phones are always-on — no battery management, no wireless range limit, no pairing to maintain. Power via PoE from your switch eliminates a power adapter at every desk. Key selection factor — line count: the number of SIP accounts registerable on one phone. A single-line phone suits a standard employee; a 6–16-line phone suits a receptionist or switchboard operator managing calls for multiple extensions. Display and key features: color touchscreen models suit modern minimal deployments; phones with many programmable BLF (Busy Lamp Field) keys suit call-center agents who need one-touch transfer and presence monitoring. All brands are compatible with RingCentral, 8x8, Teams, Zoom Phone, and 3CX. See Cordless VoIP Phones if staff need to walk while on calls. Net-30 terms available.

Frequently Asked Questions

The number of SIP lines determines how many calls can be active on one physical phone simultaneously and how many different extensions can ring to it. A standard employee needs 1–2 lines. A receptionist answering for 10 staff needs a 10–16-line phone with BLF keys to see which extensions are busy and transfer with one press.

BLF (Busy Lamp Field) keys are programmable buttons showing the real-time status of another extension — idle (green), active (red), or ringing (blinking). Receptionists and operators use them to monitor multiple extensions, pick up calls ringing on a colleague's phone, and complete attended or blind transfers in one button press. Standard employees with a single extension typically don't need BLF keys.

A blind transfer sends the caller directly to the destination extension with no announcement. An attended (or warm) transfer lets you speak with the recipient first before completing the transfer. Most SIP phones support both; call centers often configure the preferred method in the PBX call flow settings.

Both platforms support zero-touch provisioning for certified devices: enter the phone's MAC address in the admin portal, assign it to a user, and the phone downloads its full configuration automatically when it boots on the network. For non-certified SIP phones, you manually enter SIP server, username, and password from your PBX admin panel into the phone's web configuration UI.

Standard desk phones support two-way or three-way conference calls (merging two lines). For room conferencing where multiple people gather around one device with a 360° microphone, use a dedicated conference phone (Grandstream GVC, Yealink CP series) designed for that purpose.
