Business Equipment Return Policy
Our team is available to review your requirements before you order — whether you're sourcing barcode scanners, label printers, mobile computers, VoIP phones, or networking equipment. If your needs change after purchase, we'll make every effort to find a solution.
Prior to returning any item, please fill out the return form. Defective items qualify for free return within 30 days. For all other return reasons, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Save all original packaging for at least 30 days
Exchanges and defect returns require the original manufacturer box and packaging.
Return Requirements
- Product is in the original manufacturer's box, undamaged and unmarked
- All original contents included: packaging, foam, accessories, parts, and documentation
- Product has not been damaged, written on, or labeled by the receiving business
- Item must be over-boxed to protect original packaging during return shipment
- A Return Label is required — items received without one will not be accepted
How to Return or Exchange
- Complete the return form below
- Receive your Return Label within 1–2 business days
- Print and affix the Return Label to the outer box
- Hardware with a confirmed manufacturer defect may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, with all original packaging and materials included
