How Does EpicRise Get Your Networking and AIDC Products Recommended by AI and Sold in Volume?
Buyers now ask AI assistants which hardware to buy. Our in-house GEO team makes sure the answer names your product. When those buyers need quantity, we quote volume pricing directly and close the order.
Before a buyer visits a store, AI has already picked the shortlist. If your product isn’t on it, you don’t get the order.
Buyers Decide Before They Reach a Store
When an IT manager needs new network switches or a warehouse lead needs handheld scanners, the first step is now often asking ChatGPT or another AI assistant what to buy. The assistant usually recommends three or four products. Buyers rarely look beyond that list, so a product that isn’t on it is unlikely to be considered.
The buyers who make it past that step hit a second problem. Marketplaces are built for single units at list price, and most brands do not want to run quotes for individual end users. The order either stalls or goes to whoever answers first.
So we build content for every stage of the buyer journey, from the first question to setup, and quote volume pricing when the buyer is ready to order. Four parts:
How We Close the Gap
AI assistants build their answers from three kinds of sources: the seller’s own site, the platforms where buyers talk, and independent media. We publish on all three, then quote the order. All of it is run by our own team.
On-Page: Our Website
epicriseelectronics.com is the source we control completely. We write every page to answer the questions buyers ask, with structured data an AI can quote accurately: specs, compatibility, use cases, and pricing for quantity.
States who we are, which brands we are authorized for, and what we offer business buyers, so an AI can describe EpicRise correctly.
Specs, compatibility, and FAQs for every stage of the purchase, marked up with Product and FAQ schema. Each answer stands on its own, so an AI can quote it.
Organized by use case, such as warehouse scanning, shipping labels, or multi-site networks, to match how buyers describe the problem.
In July we rebuilt the product page content on our online store. AI assistant traffic stayed about the same, but the orders it brought in roughly tripled.1,2 By September, ChatGPT had become one of the store’s leading revenue sources.1,2
Organic search followed the same pattern. The content is written by the same team that sells and supports the product, so the answers are technically correct.
Social Media and Industry Platforms
AI assistants also learn from what people say about a product away from the seller’s site. We are active where buyers ask and compare: LinkedIn, Reddit, industry directories, and review platforms. What buyers ask there tells us what to answer at each stage of the purchase.
On Reddit, buyers ask different questions at each step, from “do I need this?” to “why won’t it print?” We answer each one on our own pages.
“Is a thermal label printer worth it?”
Do I need a thermal printer, and what does it replace?
“My boss wants us to start tracking IT and furniture assets with barcodes… Does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable one?”
Which scanner or printer works with my system: Shopify, NetSuite, or a WMS?
“Are there any out there that actually integrate with the Zettle app but don’t cost hundreds of dollars?”
Authorized vs. third-party units, and what the warranty covers
“If anyone’s found a trustworthy seller or preferred place to order OEM-compatible Zebra batteries, let me know.”
Stock status, lead times, and volume pricing
“The drivers are messy, the fixes are messy, and I’m tired of constantly having to fix it.”

After-sales questions outnumber selection questions on Reddit, so our FAQs cover what happens after the purchase as thoroughly as what to buy. Those buyers come back for batteries, labels, and replacement units.
Compatibility and integration is the most discussed pain point in the study, so it gets the most FAQ coverage. When a new question keeps coming up, it becomes a new answer on the page.
Third-Party Media
AI assistants give extra weight to independent sources. We work with trade publications and industry media on product reviews, buying guides, and expert commentary, so the products we carry are described accurately by sources other than us.
Volume Pricing for Direct End Users
Larger end users, such as IT departments, warehouses, and multi-site operators, buy from us directly. Every product page on epicriseelectronics.com has a “Quote for a volume discount” button, and a business account comes with a dedicated account manager. You get the fleet order without running a quoting desk.4
Priced off the listing. Volume pricing appears only to signed-in accounts or in a direct quote, so the public price holds.
Built for fleet orders. Net-30 terms, ACH and wire transfer, and pre-order or ship-direct-from-manufacturer options on large orders.
Support after the order. One-year warranty included, extended warranty and technical support for business accounts, and same-day shipping from California and Delaware.
What It Changes
From July to September 2026, the EpicRise online store grew well beyond its May–June level. Even without the volume orders, regular sales were up, and typical order value stayed the same. The growth came from more orders, not higher prices.1
“GEO is a completely different game from SEO. It lets us meet buyers at every stage of their journey with answers that help them decide, and that’s a big opportunity for a company like ours. We share that advantage with our manufacturer partners.”
Beyond This Case: Who This Is For
It works best for networking and AIDC brands that recognize themselves in any of these:
Missing from AI answers. Competitors are named when buyers ask what to buy; you are not.
Quote requests with nowhere to go. End users asking for 50 or 500 units, and no one set up to answer.
Products bought as fleets. Switches, access points, handheld scanners, label printers.
Discounts that leak to the listing. Volume deals that end up as a lower public price.
Being found and being priced right for quantity are the same sale. We run both.
