The Aiphone LEF-5 Open Voice Selective-Call Master Intercom is a reliable, hardwired communication system designed for small-scale buildings, offices, or residential setups. Compatible with up to five Aiphone LAF and LEF Series master stations or LA, LE, and LS Series sub-master and door stations (sold separately), this unit enables selective calling between rooms and secure communication with entry points. When paired with the Aiphone RY-PA relay (sold separately), it can also control electric strikes for door access and integrate with external systems like CCTV cameras and lighting. Featuring LED-indicated call buttons, the LEF-5 allows users to easily identify and communicate with the desired station. Its push-to-talk mechanism transmits voice with a button press, and releasing it instantly switches to receive mode, while the privacy function blocks other users from listening in. Volume for chimes and audio is adjustable, and the unit can be powered off to silence alerts. The LEF-5 is designed with a durable white plastic housing, mounts to a wall or desktop with the included hardware, and runs on a 12V power supply (sold separately).
