The USR-TCP232-410S is a dual serial server built on the Cortex-M4 solution and integrates a robust internal TCP/IP protocol stack. It supports simultaneous RS232 and RS485 communication and features a terminal power supply function, along with Auto-MDI/MDIX for seamless RJ45 network port switching at 10/100 Mbps. Offering wide baud rate compatibility, the RS-232 port ranges from 600 bps to 230K bps, while RS-485 supports speeds from 600 bps to 1M bps. The device includes a DB9 connector for RS-232 and a 3-wire interface for RS-485. With a globally unique MAC address purchased from IEEE and user-definable options, it supports Modbus RTU to Modbus TCP conversion. Additional features include keep-alive for dead link detection, account and password authentication for site access, and a built-in web server that can be customized by users.
